The Process: End-to-End Craftsmanship
Every door in this collection is the result of a singular, unified workflow.

Digital Design (CAD): The journey starts on the screen. I create custom vectors and 3D architectural reliefs using advanced CAD software, allowing for intricate patterns and bespoke dimensions.
Precision Machining (CAM & CNC): I personally program the toolpaths and operate the CNC router. This ensures that the intricate details on the screen are carved into the wood with absolute micron-level precision, bridging the gap between high-tech engineering and woodworking.
Hand Finishing & Spray Painting: Once the machining is done, the technology is set aside for traditional techniques. I prepare the surface by hand and apply premium spray finishes in a controlled environment. This final step seals the character of the door, resulting in a smooth, high-end surface that looks as good as it feels.
