This project exemplifies the seamless integration of digital design and manual craftsmanship. Designed entirely in CAD, the project moved through a CAM workflow to a CNC router for milling the MDF door profiles.
While the structural carcass utilizes durable Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC) for longevity and cost-efficiency, the visible fronts are where the artistry shines. Each door was custom-machined and finished with a hand-applied spray coating, deep emerald matte surface. The look is grounded by a wood-effect melamine countertop and accented with brass cup pulls.
Software Used: Rhinoceros3D, Vectric Aspire
Machining: 3-Axis CNC Router
Door Material: Moisture-resistant MDF
Carcass Material: 18mm MFC (Melamine Faced Chipboard)
Finish Application: Hand Sprayed Polyurethane paint
Hardware: Antique Brass Cup Pulls
