P9C chair

This project focuses on the precise execution of the open-source P9C chair design. The goal was to translate digital files into a tangible furniture batch, strictly adhering to the original design intent while ensuring commercial-grade durability. The process highlights the full manufacturing workflow: from optimizing nesting strategies for material efficiency to CNC machining, assembly using hidden joinery, and applying a resilient polyurethane finish.
