Birch Plywood Puzzle Bed

Originally designed by the London-based studio Unto This Last, the bed functions as a giant, lightweight wooden puzzle. It relies entirely on interlocking geometries rather than metal screws or nails. My objective was to handle the complete manufacturing process, taking the concept, recreating the digital files and make the physical product.
